Tohickon Family Resort

The recently completed Master Plan for Tohickon Family Resort near Quakertown, PA was placed before the governing authorities on November 8. There was a high enthusiasm for this Travel Resorts of America project.  The company has an option to purchase this project and hopes that the entitlement process will enable them to acquire it before next operating season.

 

The Resort at Burnt Store Lake

The Master Plan for the Gulf Coast's finest new park was completed in June of 2011.  This resort will have feature a beautiful deep lake surrounded by motorcoach sites and a wealth of recreational facilities to capture the most current trends in the industry.  Visitors and site owners will delight in the activities, amenities, and conveniences unlike any resort currently on the market.  Plans are being made to have this unique resort open by 2013.

Gateway to Yellowstone Resort

Bozeman, Montana will be the location for this exciting new resort scheduled to open in 2013.  The Master Plan includes many services  and amenities which will give the visitors an experience that is "truly Montana."  A 15,000 sq. ft. lodge with 24 foot windows capturing the magnificent Gallatin Range and river valley will provide hours of relaxing enjoyment. 

Rincon Band Resort Master Plan

The Tribal Council of the Rincon Band of the Luiseno Tribe of Southern California is embarking on a resort development of Tribal Lands adjacent to their casino in Valley Center, California. Bud Surles Consulting Group has been selected to develop the Master Plan. According to Surles, the Master Plan will be complete in December and when approved by the Council, will unveil the powerful vision of the Rincon leadership. Surles said, "Our firm is very excited to be a part of this dramatic project and to share in the vision of the Rincon leaders."
