Amie Mersmann, Director of Marketing and Business Development

Amie is in charge of Marketing Analysis, Development of Marketing and Sales Plans, Business Plans and Marketing for the company.

Former Marketing and Sales Director for Mill Creek Ranch, Amie experienced the successful start-up of a first class resort.  With understanding of the issues for a new resort as well as the industry, Amie provides experience in creating marketing and business plans for clients.  Amie holds an MBA and a bachelor of arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University.  Prior to Mill Creek Ranch, Amie worked for eight years in public administration.

Melissa Wilson, Research Manager

Through her many years experience in legal work, Melissa adds the dimension to Bud Surles Consulting Group in making sure all plans and documents produced meet the legal requirements for the regulatory entities involved in every project.  New requirements are being posted every day, and her experience keeps clients safe in the legal mine fields of modern land development.

Melissa has extensive experience as an Executive and Legal Assistent, working for 10 years as the Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner of one of Fort Worth's leading law firms.  Her work included corporate and real estate research, drafting legal documents, and personal interactions at the highest levels.  She has also served for 7 years as an Executive Assistant.

Matt Corrion, Licensed Landscape Architect

Founder of Outdoor Design Group (www.odgdesign.com), Matt is licensed and has over 15 years of experience in landscape architecture, land planning, and landscape development industries across the country.  Outdoor Design Group, a full service landscape architecture firm based in Arvada, Colorado, provides innovative planning and design solutions to create outdoor spaces and landscapes with sustainability and practical maintenance plans.  With a project philosophy to combine creative design ideas and thoughtful site analysis with realistic approaches that meet the goal of every client, Matt is a natural fit with Bud Surles Consulting Group.
